- Partner deeply with Product Managers and Engineers as a key member of an empowered product team — from problem discovery to solution delivery — contributing to strategy, shaping outcomes, and ensuring exceptional user experience.
- Conduct in-depth user research, run usability tests, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, low-fidelity drafts, and interactive prototypes that bring design concepts to life.
- Build and maintain a design system and style guide to ensure consistency and a seamless experience across the platform.
- Deliver high-quality, pixel-perfect designs for web and mobile that engage and delight users.
- Iterate rapidly based on user insights, feedback, and changing project needs.
- Proactively explore and apply new tools and technologies — including AI — to improve design quality, speed, and user understanding.

What You’ve Accomplished (Qualifications)
- Proven Product Designer with a portfolio that sets the industry standard.
- Expert-level skills in Figma.
- Strong advocate for user-centered design and deep understanding of usability principles.
- Ability to clearly communicate design decisions to both designers and non-designers.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
- Familiarity with UI animation, HTML, CSS, and front-end development is a plus.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to support design choices with metrics and research.
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate design, prototyping, or research is a plus.
- Curiosity and enthusiasm for experimenting with new tools and technologies, especially AI.
- High integrity and full commitment to quality and outcomes.
