At Teachstone, we’re not just building professional development programs—we’re on a mission to reimagine online learning and make it as captivating as your favorite Tik-Tok reels. We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer who knows how to drive up conversion and adoption rates and who can turn “meh” digital experiences into something truly irresistible. Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end design process for complex product features from ideation through execution, including user research, wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and user testing.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Impact, and Marketing to deliver cohesive and scalable design solutions.
  • Translate business and user goals into intuitive, sticky design experiences that create value for both users and the company.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and gather insights on how users interact with the product.
  • Advocate for design and UX best practices by staying current with industry trends and applying modern design principles and tools.
  • Present and communicate design concepts and decisions effectively to stakeholders, gathering feedback and aligning teams on the design vision.
  • Work in a fast-paced agile environment, iterating quickly and responding to feedback from users and stakeholders.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Design, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
  • A strong portfolio that demonstrates expertise in creating sticky user experiences that increase conversion rates and user adoption
  • Expertise in interaction design, information architecture, and visual design with a deep understanding of human-centered design principles and user psychology.
  • Proficiency in modern design, prototyping and user testing tools such as Figma and UserTesting
  • Experience designing for multiple platforms (e.g., desktop, web, mobile) with a focus on responsive and adaptive design.
  • Solid understanding of front-end development principles (HTML/CSS/JavaScript) and how designs are implemented in code (you don't need to code, but you must understand constraints).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design rationale and gain alignment across teams.
  • Expertise with conducting, interpreting and leveraging qualitative and quantitative user research to inform and improve design decisions.
  • Experience working within or building design systems at scale.
  • Familiarity with designing for accessibility (WCAG standards) and inclusive design practices.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • A proactive and collaborative attitude with a desire to work in cross-disciplinary teams.
