Join ALLO Communications as a Senior Product Champion, where you will assist in the strategic aspects of our product lines, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives. In this key role, you will drive product enhancements based on customer feedback and market analysis, focusing on strategic direction. Your expertise will help shape the future of ALLO’s products, guide cross-functional teams, and provide mentorship to other product champions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy and Development:

  • Assist in the strategic aspects of specific product lines, ensuring alignment with market needs and business objectives.

  • Drive product enhancements based on customer feedback and market analysis, focusing on strategic direction.

  • Define product requirements and ensure alignment with overall product strategy, without direct technical execution.

  • Oversee product performance metrics, making adjustments to optimize market positioning.

Cross-Functional Leadership:

  • Act as a primary liaison for high-stakes client interactions and strategic partnerships, representing ALLO’s product solutions.

  • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Champions, and other cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive product development and execution.

  • Work with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to develop go-to-market plans and support successful product launches.

  • Mentor Product Champions and Associate Product Champions, providing guidance on strategic product execution and professional development.

Customer and Market Engagement:

  • Engage with key customers and stakeholders to gather feedback, understand market needs, and identify opportunities for product enhancements.

  • Continuously assess market trends and competitor activities to inform product strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization:

  • Monitor product performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and market share, making data-driven decisions to optimize offerings.

  • Conduct regular reviews of product performance, identifying areas for improvement and driving initiatives to enhance product quality and user experience.

EDUCATION:

  • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Product Management, Marketing, or a related Engineering field; Bachelor’s degree is a plus.

EXPERIENCE:

  • 5+ years of experience in product management, product development, or related roles with a focus on strategy and execution.

  • Proven ability to lead product initiatives, manage cross-functional collaboration, and drive successful market outcomes.

  • Strong experience in customer engagement, market analysis, and performance optimization.

SKILLS / KNOWLEDGE / ABILITIES:

  • Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.

  • Strong analytical skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making and market insight application.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Remain stationary for extended periods

  • Ability to communicate information

  • Ability to operate a computer

  • Identify different colors

  • Maintain a valid driver's license

  • 25% travel requirement
