What you would do

  • Analyze the gaps in the current processes and associated pain points, prioritize these end-to-end and define initiatives to transform them. 
  • Design a roadmap for developing key processes in Operations first, ensuring scalability, to then push them to the next level. 
  • For processes that will be performed in our systems, you collect user stories with (internal) customers, supporting Tech teams with their discovery of their OPS customers' needs, and partly also supporting in technical solution design. 
  • Create transparency of your processes by continuously quantifying their performance based on KPIs. 
  • Steer the process improvement initiatives with the relevant interdisciplinary teams and ensure a high quality of results. 
  • Cooperate with a broad group of stakeholders within and also outside of Operations (incl. for example Tech Product Managers, Finance, etc.) and align them towards the optimization of our processes. 
  • Build and share process knowledge, hence enabling stakeholders to adhere to the new standards. 
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to embed a process improvement mindset within teams. 

Who we're looking for:

  • Min. 5 years of experience in the same or a similar area (e.g. process management, continuous improvement, project management, etc.)  
  • Certification in Lean Six Sigma or equivalent process improvement methodologies is a plus! 
  • You have good know-how or a grasp of how Operations work (from planning and replenishment over production and transportation to fulfilment) 
  • You have a good understanding of system workflows and are willing to deep dive into Emma's system landscape, translating technical processes into business processes and vice versa 
  • You have a strong understanding of supply chain and can derive strategic concepts for an excellent Supply Chain.  
  • You are a Strategist: you enjoy creating a vision and thinking long-term to bring our processes to the "next level". 
  • You are a Structured thinker: you enjoy analysing problems, can draw meaningful insights from data, and derive the right conclusions for improvements. 
  • You are a People person: you enjoy engaging with & winning over different people across the company. 
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. 
  • You enjoy process automations (programming languages like Python and/or SQL are a plus).
