Senior Payroll Specialist with French

We are looking for an experienced Senior Payroll Specialist with French to manage and supervise payroll operations. The successful candidate will ensure that payroll is processed accurately, on time and in compliance with local regulations and company policies.

In this role you will collaborate with HR, Finance and external payroll vendors to provide exceptional payroll support to the company's employees.

Location: Wrocław or remote from Poland

Key responsibilities:

• Global Payroll Management:
  Oversee and execute payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Reconcile payroll data, review payroll reports, and address discrepancies in a timely manner.
• Compliance & Reporting:
  Ensure compliance with local payroll laws, tax regulations, and social security obligations. Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports for internal stakeholders and external regulatory authorities.
• Employee Support:
  Address payroll inquiries from employees across multiple countries, providing clear explanations of payroll calculations and deductions.
• Resolve escalated payroll issues, ensuring prompt and professional service delivery.
• Data Management & Security:
  Lead payroll audits and ensure that audit requirements are met. Ensure the confidentiality and security of payroll data. Manage and maintain payroll records in compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

Apply if you:

• have 3+ years of experience working in Payroll but still seek new and interesting development opportunities in this area

• know French and English (min. B2)

• MA or BA degree in Economics / Finance or other areas will be a plus

• are familiar with labor law and acquainted with SAP/GlobalView, e-service, Employee Connect

• have expert knowledge of Excel
