Job location: 

•    Wroclaw or remotely from Poland

We are a team delivering HR&Payroll services to our customers for over 10 years. We are looking for skilled professionals who will contribute to  keep the highest level of customer satisfaction.

In the role of Payroll Process Lead, you will be a key player in payroll preparation and execution for our customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for preparation of Payroll Run, executing payroll and performing Post Payroll activities

  • Performing the payroll year-end closure

  • Perform payroll activities with a proper level of understanding of data sensitivity

  • Answering payroll-related queries from customers and stakeholders

  • Participating in projects/ activities related to the implementation of changes and updates in the payroll process and infrastructure

  • Cooperating closely with SV and the Operations Manager on a daily basis regarding all the process-related stuff

  • Manage the identification and implementation of process improvement initiatives

  • Administer and evaluate all Payroll & HR processes in the scope of the account

  • Assist and train all new and existing employees for various Payroll & HR processes and review and recommend improvement to all Payroll & HR processes

  • Ensure that Payroll-related processes are processed accurately and timely and compliant with all legal requirements.

  • Escalation management

Requirements:

  • Min 2 years of experience in Payroll Processing

  • Experience in Payroll and Post payroll processing in SAP is a must

  • English (B2 level) and communicative German

  • Intermediate level of Excel

  • Customer centricity is a must

  • Proactive & self-reliable

  • Strong communication & analytical skills

  • Attention to details

  • Ability to work under pressure

  • Austrian HR or Payroll knowledge will be an asset
