Opportunity & Impact
As a Sr. Partnerships Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely and collaboratively with some of the largest companies in human history to solve the critical problem of making healthcare data useful. This role requires strong relationship-building, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of both healthcare industry dynamics and technology solutions.
Job Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at partner organizations. Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, providing them with ongoing support, resources, and guidance. Ensure partner satisfaction by addressing concerns, troubleshooting challenges, and proactively managing expectations. Negotiate and manage partner agreements, contracts, and SLAs.
- Business Development & Revenue Growth: Drive revenue through partner sales channels and co-marketing efforts. Work with partners to identify joint business opportunities, upsell existing solutions, and cross-sell complementary products or services. Collaborate with internal sales teams to create partner enablement tools and sales materials. Monitor partner performance and identify opportunities to optimize sales, marketing, and implementation efforts.
- Partnership Strategy & Development: Develop and implement partnership strategies that align with company goals and drive growth in the healthcare sector. Analyze the market and competitive landscape to uncover opportunities for collaboration with potential partners. Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product, and legal) to define partnership goals, metrics, and execution plans.
- Collaboration with Product and Engineering Teams: Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure partner solutions integrate effectively with the company’s technology offerings. Provide partners with product roadmaps, updates, and new features to help them market and sell solutions effectively. Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and smooth product launches.
- Partner Enablement & Training: Develop and execute training programs for partners to ensure they have the knowledge and resources to sell and implement the company’s solutions. Conduct partner onboarding sessions to educate partners on the company's products, services, and support structure. Provide ongoing education on new product features, updates, and enhancements to maintain partner engagement.
- Market Intelligence & Reporting: Gather insights and feedback from partners to help shape product development and improve go-to-market strategies. Monitor and report on partnership performance metrics, including revenue generation, lead generation, and customer satisfaction. Use data to evaluate the effectiveness of partnerships and make recommendations for improvements or new initiatives.
- Event Management & Thought Leadership: Represent the company at industry conferences, partner events, and webinars to expand the partner network and increase brand visibility. Lead or participate in co-branded events, webinars, and case studies to demonstrate successful partner collaborations and drive market awareness.
- Strategic Partner Marketing: Collaborate with marketing teams to create co-branded campaigns and content to promote joint solutions. Develop go-to-market strategies for new partnerships, ensuring effective communication of value propositions and solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in partner management, business development, management consulting, or strategy within the healthcare tech industry
- Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
- Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
- Proven ability to build, manage, and strengthen strategic partnerships and alliances.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare systems, regulations, and technology trends.
- Familiarity with healthcare IT systems, APIs, and interoperability standards is a plus.

- Experience within a fast paced startup environment
