Job Description
- Manage team of 5 (work schedule, approve vacations, shift allowance/expenses, etc.)
- Oversee and maintain/improve quality of MS team's performance in the following areas:
- Timeliness in responding to client
- Goal : zero mistakes from the MS team (e.g. in mappings, provision of security, omissions, etc.)
- Goal : zero violation of SOX contols due to MS team oversight
- Ensure promptness in ticket assignment, resolution and closure with adequate documentation
- Communication with client management as well as users
- Coaching and Mentoring
- Documentation of processes
- Attend scheduled meetings with client management to provide status and respond to any queries
Qualifications
- 7years and above experience required
- Sound understanding of HFM, Planning/PBCS and Essbase functionality - Security, metadata, dimensionality, etc.
- Individual must have hands on experience on Hyperion Infrastructure maintenance and patching
- Understanding of Accounting/Finance processes and terminology
- Processes - Month-end close, budgets, Forecasts, etc.
- Terminology: Debits, Credits, Assets, Liabilities, at least high level understanding P&L and Balance Sheet
- Familiarity with HFM and Planning Rules (Proficiency not required, but ability to understand and learn)
- Sound understanding of FDMEE/DM mappings
- Proficiency in using Excel Smartview Add-in
- Ability to understand how automated job schedules work, trouble-shoot errors and failures
- Ability to reconcile data between Applications. Overall problem-solving and analytical skills
- Have hands on experience on Hyperion Infrastructure maintenance and patching
