Position Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a role model for team members by providing excellent services with a focus on customer obsession.
  • Ensure the stability and efficiency of IT systems and related applications under your responsibility.
  • Analyze, contribute to, and enhance ongoing business processes and workflows.
  • Support incident resolution and production operations.
  • Maintain and support applications and systems by meeting or exceeding established standards and service levels, while minimizing operational risks.
  • Perform various production services tasks, including but not limited to production fixes, data queries, and other related activities.
  • Encourage and motivate team members to grow and improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop team members to support and master Engine-2 technology and related application responsibilities.
  • Proactively communicate, update, and respond to managers, stakeholders, incident management, and users. Demonstrate the courage to speak up and challenge participants during P1/P2 bridge calls or meetings.
  • Manage third-party vendor applications such as MIDOC, ensuring that vendor technical support delivers fixes or service requests on time.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with Regional or MITDC production support for applications such as Alfresco, Camunda, AIS, etc., to ensure timely delivery of fixes or service requests by Regional and MITDC PS.

Required Qualifications:

  • Possess a minimum of 3 years of experience in Java and .NET programming.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in PL/SQL, New Relic, Java, web services, and software debugging.
  • Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree (S1) in a relevant field.
  • Exhibit strong English communication skills, with the ability to speak up and challenge participants during discussions.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency and master in PL/SQL, New Relic, Java, web services, and software debugging.
  • Exceptional and precise defect or problem analysis skills
