Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sr. Operations Analyst with a strong background in business intelligence. This role combines expertise in business intelligence, data analytics, and process improvement methodologies to enhance business performance through data-driven insights and optimized operational processes. The ideal candidate will be proficient in data analysis, reporting, and visualization while applying process improvement techniques to help the organization streamline operations, drive efficiency, and foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of business data to uncover trends, patterns and insights.
- Create business cases and ROI analyses that drive decision-making for profitable growth.
- Develop and maintain business intelligence Management Operating System for the Operations organization via dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, and other platforms.
- Create and automate regular reports and ad-hoc analyses to support senior leadership, department heads, and operational teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business goals, challenges, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure relevant data is captured and analyzed.
- Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of process improvements, ensuring tangible benefits such as cost reduction, increased productivity, or enhanced customer satisfaction.
- Analyze historical and real-time data to measure business performance, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Conduct data validation, quality checks, and troubleshoot issues to ensure accurate reporting and analysis.
- Leverage data analytics to identify opportunities and build business case analysis for process optimization and efficiency improvement within business operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven process reengineering / improvements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring the effectiveness of process changes and refining them based on real-time data and feedback.

Qualifications
Key Qualifications:
- Proven experience (5+ years) in business intelligence, data analysis, and process improvement roles.
- Expertise in BI tools and platforms such as Power BI, or similar data visualization software.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data manipulation.
- Experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred.
- Experience with Power Query is highly desired.
- Experience with process improvement methodologies like Lean or Business Process Management (BPM).
- Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable business recommendations for operational teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree, master’s preferred.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience with data warehousing or cloud-based data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud); familiarity with tools such as Snowflake or Redshift.
