Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Office Operations Professional (Freelancer) to join our team in our Zagreb Delta Office. Some of the main responsibilities will be:

• Ensure efficient office operations and workspace management to align with business needs.
• Optimize internal processes and provide administrative support.
• Manage the recruitment process, employee onboarding, and talent development initiatives.
• Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance and effective payroll management.
• All other Operational and HR related tasks assigned by the business.

Qualifications

• 10 years of similar experience
• Good knowledge of Croatian Labor Law
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in both English and Croatian
• Flexible, agile, and looking for the challenges
• Structured thinking and dealing with complexity
• Strong communication skills
