About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced Senior MIS Project Manager to lead transformative initiatives within Similarweb’s Information Systems (IS) group. Reporting directly to the VP of Information Systems, the primary focus of this role is driving the redesign of Similarweb’s Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process, creating a next-generation solution to support the company’s growth and operational excellence.

In addition, this role will be responsible for coordinating and managing the IS group’s strategic initiatives and operational programs. You will centralize project planning, monitor progress against goals, define success metrics, and improve collaboration and communication across teams.

What You’ll OwnCross-Company Q2C (Quote-to-Cash) Solution Redesign: 

  • Project and Program Planning: Oversee the creation and execution of a detailed project plan, ensuring seamless coordination across all phases of the Q2C transformation. Align timelines, resources, and deliverables across multiple teams to maintain progress and achieve project milestones.
  • End-to-End Project Coordination: Lead the initiative to redesign and implement a new Q2C solution, ensuring it aligns with business needs and supports long-term scalability.
  • Stakeholder Alignment: Partner with key stakeholders across Operations, R&D, Sales, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and more to ensure a seamless integration of the Q2C solution into existing workflows and systems.
  • Vendor Evaluation and Selection: Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, manage the RFP process, evaluate vendor capabilities, and recommend the best solutions to support the Q2C transformation.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for improvement in quoting, product catalog, billing, provisioning, and financial aspects, facilitating efforts to design and implement enhancements.
  • Progress Monitoring and Communication: Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage risks and dependencies, and communicate updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Coordinating Strategic Information Systems Initiatives and Programs:

  • Program Management: Centralize and oversee the IS group’s strategic initiatives, ensuring projects are aligned with organizational goals and delivered on time.
  • KPI Development and Reporting: Define and track success metrics for IS initiatives, using data-driven insights to evaluate and optimize performance.
  • Enhanced Communication: Act as a central point for improving collaboration and communication within the IS group and with other departments.
  • Process Improvement: Implement and maintain best practices to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and elevate the overall impact of IS initiatives.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven Expertise: Extensive experience managing complex, cross-functional IS projects, particularly in the Quote-to-Cash domain 
  • Strategic Leadership: A track record of successfully coordinating and delivering high-impact organizational initiatives.
  • Project Management Mastery: Strong skills in project planning, risk mitigation, and stakeholder management, with proficiency in tools like Jira, Monday.com, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional Communication: Ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, ensuring alignment and clarity throughout project lifecycles.
  • Adaptability and Collaboration: Thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with a focus on teamwork and cross-functional alignment.


This is the perfect job for someone with:

  • 8+ years of experience managing complex, cross-functional projects in Information Systems or similar domains or as a PMO in the Information Systems environment. 
  • 3+ years of experience leading strategic initiatives, preferably involving enterprise-level process redesign or transformation.
  • Strong project management skills with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within scope – Must.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and manage multiple stakeholders effectively – Must.
  • Experience with Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) solutions, know the market leaders in the areas of  CPQ & billing – Must
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to define KPIs, track performance, and extract actionable insights from data – Must.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills for engaging with stakeholders across all levels - Must
  • International business experience in a global organization – Must.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills – Must.
  • Vendor evaluation and selection experience, including RFP management – Advantage.
  • Familiarity with SaaS or B2B environments ( Salesforce, Netsuite, Zuora) – Advantage.
  • Experience coordinating programs across a global Information Systems or IT team – Advantage.
  • MBA or relevant advanced degree – Advantage.
