We are seeking a driven Project Manager to optimize sales processes and drive revenue growth. This role manages key projects, streamlines workflows, identifies growth opportunities, and collaborates cross-functionally to improve sales performance. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
This position demands proven project management expertise, combined with deep sales operations knowledge and data-driven decision-making. Excellent communication skills and a passion for problem-solving are crucial for success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management & Prioritization: Work with the Insights team to understand key business challenges and opportunities. Prioritise projects for the Systems team based on potential impact and alignment with strategic goals. Manage the project lifecycle, ensuring timely execution and successful outcomes.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain clear and concise documentation for all projects and initiatives. Prepare regular reports on project status, key metrics, and performance against goals.
- Sales Process Optimization: Analyze current sales processes, identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, and design and implement streamlined workflows. This involves working with the Systems team to ensure that tools and technologies support efficient processes. Identifying growth opportunities, and optimising existing sales approaches.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the Insights team to understand data trends and translate them into actionable recommendations. Partner with the Systems team to ensure sales tools and technologies are aligned with business needs. Collaborate with sales leadership and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry best practices. Use this information to identify new growth and improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience: In project management, ideally within a sales/revenue operations or related environment.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Experience with Project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Monday.com).
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and draw actionable insights.
- Sales Operations Expertise: Strong understanding of sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
Preferred Skills:
- Agile/Scrum Experience: Familiarity with Agile and Scrum project management methodologies.
- Salesforce Proficiency: Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- SQL knowledge: Ability to query and manipulate data using SQL.
- Data Visualization Skills: Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Bachelor's Degree: A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
