Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain mechanical systems for flexible packaging and printing processes.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of mechanical equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues, implementing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with production teams to improve mechanical systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation of mechanical systems and maintenance activities.
- Lead and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, specifically in Power and Mechanics.
- 3 to 6 years of experience in the same field, specifically in flexible packaging and printing.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and processes.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical issues.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
