Job Description Summary

Responsible for business development pursuits from start to finish. This includes managing and assisting with the overall coordination, collaboration, and preparation of marketing and business development strategy, content, collateral, proposals, and presentations. This position is virtual and will cover Americas' business for our commercial platform.

Job Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead and manage the business development process from commencement to material completion, interfacing directly with leadership and fee earners throughout the process 

  • Lead strategy sessions, writing of content and edits/updates on proposals and presentations 

  • Conduct due diligence on the client to develop client-centric proposal and presentation materials 

  • Deliver final, clean pitch and/or presentation content 

  • Ensure best practice sharing and adoption across the pitch and/or proposal collateral 

Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in journalism, English, marketing or public relations 

  • 5+ years of experience 

  • Background in B2B proposal writing and/or business development marketing 

  • Exceptional written communication skills 

  • Strong time management, organizational, and prioritization skills. Must have the ability to balance multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. 

  • Self-motivated approach with the ability to take initiative but works well in a group environment. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft suite (including PowerPoint) and Adobe Suite - InDesign 

  • Commercial real estate experience preferred
