About the Role
As our Performance Marketing Manager NA, you will be working within the Digital Marketing team which is part of the marketing team in North America. Your focus will be on scaling our digital marketing efforts within North America - researching new localised digital channels, finding everyday opportunities for growth, closely monitoring in-market activities by our competitors and overall supporting the execution of our digital marketing strategy. A core responsibility of this role will be to stay up to date with the latest platform trends and ensure that campaigns are meeting performance goals. You will be a data-driven individual who's able to deliver insightful reports and present them to the wider digital marketing team.
Ooni has a hybrid approach to work, with a minimum of 3 days a week (Tuesday to Thursday) at our office in Austin, TX.
A little more about the job:

• Manage and develop new and existing digital marketing campaigns across the marketing funnel to ultimately drive ROI
• Explore different types of digital marketing & provide options for review including costings and potential outcomes
• Manage relationships with external partners or/and agencies
• Collaborate with cross-functional marketing teams to ensure all paid campaigns and journeys are integrated to optimise the end-to-end conversion rate and customer value metrics. This also includes collaborating with internal teams to create landing pages and optimise towards a smooth customer user experience
• Collaborate with the Brand and PR teams to ensure smooth offline and brand activity integration into digital channels
• Monitor and analyse campaign performance across different channels and markets to deliver data-driven insights and recommendations for optimisations and improvements.
• Provide regular reports on campaign performance and market trends to a various set of stakeholders
• Lead new acquisition channels integration end-to-end
• Keep up to date with the latest digital marketing trends, strategies and best practices. Identify market trends and opportunities to stay ahead of the competition and translate findings into effective digital campaigns and objectives.
• Collaborate with GTM and in-house creative team
• Be the cross-functional driver for our product marketing and align our approach with the different marketing channels.

A bit about you:

• 4+ years experience in digital marketing with good knowledge of B2C markets in North America
• Excellent understanding of KPIs, ways to achieve them and ability to put data into perspective. You can understand and interpret the different metrics in meaningful ways.
• Experience in paid social channels (Facebook/IG, Twitter, TikTok, Reddit, Snapchat, Pinterest), SEM channels (Google - Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube + optional Discovery, BING & Yahoo) & affiliate marketing.
• Understanding programmatic buying and its key principles
• Being able to support the team in its everyday needs operating all paid digital channels
• Good knowledge of SEO would be considered an advantage
• You are flexible and willing to work as part of a global team across multiple time zones
• Are an advanced user of GA4 and are an expert when it comes to Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong project management skills and ability to work both independently and with the team
• Strong attention to detail and you are comfortable with a fast-paced working environment
• Ambitious, driven, self-motivated and pro-active in your approach to your work
• Love eating, making, and talking about pizza.
