We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Senior Marketing Operations Specialist to lead the optimization, scaling, and execution of our go-to-market operations. This role is pivotal in advancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing organization by streamlining processes, enhancing data-driven decision-making, and ensuring that our infrastructure supports rapid growth in the molecular diagnostics space.
Responsibilities:
- Design and implement a marketing operations framework that optimizes resource allocation and budget utilization across marketing and sales functions, driving scalability and competitive advantage.
- Develop data-driven performance measurement systems that transform complex marketing data into actionable insights, enabling swift decision-making to outpace industry competitors.
- Establish and standardize cross-functional processes to foster seamless collaboration between marketing, sales, client services, and product teams, accelerating go-to-market execution and market penetration.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing operations or related field

- Track record of implementing marketing operations strategies and scaling marketing efficiencies that resulted in measurable business growth
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously

At BillionToOne, we are proud to offer a combination of a (1) base pay range (actual amount offered is based on experience and salary/equity options split that the candidate chooses), (2) generous equity options offering, (3) corporate bonus program, on top of (4) industry leading company benefits (free healthcare options, 401k match, very generous fully paid parental leave, etc.).
For this position, we offer a total compensation package of up to $124,950 per year, including a base pay range of $81,600-$102,000 per year.
