Marketing Operations Manager

The ForeFlight Marketing Operations Manager (IC) leads our team's efforts to measure, optimize and scale our marketing programs to drive growth. We're looking for an experienced marketing professional to play a central role in our marketing team and help build/manage the foundational elements of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Process Management: identify, design, and document scalable processes that enable the marketing team to be more effective in their daily work. Ensure campaigns are aligned to our customer journeys and business goals.
• Project Management: manage cross-functional marketing initiatives that build new capabilities or increase the team's capacity.
• Performance Measurement: monitor performance, develop insights and make recommendations across marketing campaigns for all segments.
• Infrastructure & technology: Oversee our marketing technology stack, including data analytics and automation tools.
• Data Management: Ensure accurate data across the marketing team including target prospect/customer lists, market segmentation and alignment to personas. Work with extended business intelligence and data teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting across functional areas.
• Budgeting: Facilitate preparation of marketing team budgets; monitor and report on spending and assist in resource allocation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in marketing operations or related functions.
• Proven experience managing complex projects that require working collaboratively across teams.
• Analytical and skilled in data management, with significant experience gathering insights on marketing metrics.
• Proven experience in marketing financial planning and budgeting and understand ROI on marketing activities.
• Experience in building, managing and improving cross-functional processes.
• Experience with Airtable, HubSpot and Salesforce is a plus.
• Experience in the aviation industry preferred but not required - you should possess a genuine interest or passion for flying.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Summary pay range: $100,000 - $120,000.
