Position Overview:
VETRO is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager to lead demand generation, owning end-to-end strategy and execution of marketing plans to generate leads, drive pipeline creation, and grow ARR. The ideal candidate will enjoy creating bold, effective marketing campaigns, orchestrating cross-channel strategies, and be motivated by results.

Key Responsibilities, including but not limited to:

Omnichannel Campaign Management (Podcast, Website, SMM, Email, Referral, Review Websites, PPC, etc.)

  • Ensure programs deliver the targeted MQLs for the Sales Team from across all campaigns. Track and measure marketing pipeline actively to identify trends and missed opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales cadences for stronger lead management and conversion. 
  • Manage and grow VETRO social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Develop and execute a content calendar that aligns with marketing objectives, engaging with the community to increase brand awareness and drive website traffic.
  • Lead efforts to improve VETRO SEO rankings and organic traffic through keyword strategy, on-page optimization, and content creation.
  • Plan, manage, and execute company webinars, working with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with marketing goals.
  • Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights on engagement and lead conversion to inform future programs and optimize ROI.

Sales Enablement Content:

  • Work closely with sales and product marketing teams to develop engaging sales enablement content, including product one-pagers, presentations, case studies, and customer success stories.
  • Ensure all marketing collateral is up to date, on-brand, and aligned with VETRO value propositions.

Video Content Creation:

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create video scripts and storyboards that align with VETRO marketing goals.
  • Ensure video content is optimized for web, social media, and email marketing campaigns, enhancing customer engagement.

HubSpot Marketing 

  • Manage the HubSpot platform, ensuring it is fully leveraged for campaign automation, lead nurturing, and email marketing.
  • Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key metrics, including lead volume, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
  • Implement advanced workflows for automation, ensuring streamlined campaign execution and personalized customer engagement.

Agency Oversight

  • Drive collaboration with external agencies to ensure seamless execution of marketing activities.

Qualifications, Professional Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on demand generation and brand positioning
  • 5+ years of Demand Generation experience
  • 5+ years of Performance Marketing experience
  • Strong analytical skills for translating insights into strategies and campaigns that drive high-quality leads
  • Experience managing social media channels and developing social media strategies.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • CRM and email marketing experience (HubSpot preferred)
  • Expertise in digital marketing tools (SEO, PPC, Social Media Ads/Organic)
  • Excellent content creation skills, with the ability to draw upon insights from external sources, ongoing podcast interviews with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), and internal customer interactions
  • Strong Organizational, Communication, Presentation, and Analytical Skills
