The Role

As a Senior Demand Generation Marketing Manager, you'll lead the development and execution of multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns designed to generate high-quality leads and support regional sales teams. You'll optimize lead capture and qualification processes, create targeted campaigns for specific geographies, and build lead nurturing programs that guide prospects through the sales funnel. This key member of the Demand Generation team will work closely with key stakeholders across the growth organization. The ideal candidate has extensive experience managing inbound marketing initiatives, has a strong understanding of lead funnel metrics and analysis, and a proven track record executing successful demand generation campaigns. 

What You'll Do

  • Lead Generation & Campaign Execution: Develop, optimize, and execute multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns to drive high-quality leads. Work closely with marketing operations to enhance lead capture, qualification, and segmentation processes, ensuring efficient and scalable lead generation. 
  • Regional Sales Support & Targeted Campaigns: Partner with regional sales leaders to design and execute localized marketing campaigns tailored to specific geographies and buyer personas. Develop and localize content and messaging to resonate with regional market needs, and continuously monitor campaign performance to adjust strategies that support sales targets and pipeline growth.
  • Lead Nurturing & Sales Funnel Optimization: Build and manage comprehensive lead nurturing programs that guide prospects through the buying journey. Create automated workflows, retargeting ads, and content-driven campaigns to keep leads engaged and accelerate their movement through the funnel. Continuously optimize nurture efforts to improve conversion rates and shorten sales cycles.
  • Cross-Sell & Portfolio Campaigns: Design and execute cross-sell and upsell campaigns to maximize adoption of multiple products and services within GoGuardian's portfolio. Collaborate with internal teams and ecosystem partners to identify cross-sell opportunities and integrate them into demand generation efforts, increasing customer lifetime value and driving revenue growth.
  • Campaign Reporting & Data-Driven Analysis: Track and analyze the performance of all demand generation campaigns to assess success and identify areas for optimization. Create and present regular reports on lead generation and campaign metrics to senior leadership. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve efficiency, and ensure alignment with revenue goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships with internal and external teams to ensure alignment on goals and campaign execution. Act as a liaison between departments to share insights, align messaging, and ensure marketing efforts are effectively driving pipeline and revenue. Work closely with sales leadership to adjust campaigns based on feedback and market dynamics.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation, revenue or growth marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or EdTech industries.
  • Proven track record in developing, optimizing, and executing multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns that drive qualified lead generation.
  • Experience working closely with sales teams to design region-specific and persona-driven marketing strategies that align with local market needs and sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and automation, with hands-on experience in building and optimizing lead nurturing programs that accelerate the sales funnel.
  • Experience creating detailed campaign reports for senior leadership, demonstrating campaign performance and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to act as a liaison between marketing and sales, ensuring marketing efforts effectively support the sales pipeline and revenue goals.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a remote environment using Google Suite, Slack and project management tools such as Jira/Airtable.
  • Previous experience with account-based marketing strategies and tactics.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C lead generation is a plus.
  • Prior EdTech experience is a plus.

The typical base salary range for this position is $95,000-$115,000 per year. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire base pay for this position and your pay will be determined by a variety of factors, including your primary work location, skills, qualifications and experience.
