Your mission
As a Senior Marketing Commercial Value Proposal Manager for B2B Fixed Voice & Data you will oversee the development and management of a complete range of offers, services, and partnership portfolios in the domain of the B2B corporates B2B connectivity solutions.
In this position you will take end-to-end ownership, from opportunity identification to offer launch and in-life management. You will also act as a mentor and reference for your peers, sharing best practices and supporting their professional growth.
Your key responsibilities
- Portfolio Vision: define long-term strategies for your offer portfolio, aligning with business objectives and technological advancements.
- Roadmap Development: create and manage commercial roadmaps that support marketing plans and deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Partner Management: select and collaborate with commercial partners to deliver high-quality solutions within agreed timelines.
- Business Development Support: contribute to customized, multi-partner solutions tailored to client needs, including RFP support.
- Market Insights: analyze commercial market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and shape future product strategies.
- Budget Management: develop and oversee commercial budget frameworks, including CAPEX, OPEX, and P&L considerations for your portfolio.
- Representation & Leadership: present offer strategies and updates to senior management, act as a reference for peers, and represent the company in international forums and with external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Internal teams such as Sales, Customer Services, Technical Domains, Finance, and Marketing peers, as well as External partners, suppliers, professional associations, and Orange Group stakeholders.
Your profile
- Experience: 7+ years in CVP or offer management, project management, or business development, with a proven track record in end-to-end commercial offer lifecycle management.
- Previous experience in Telecom and ICT is an asset (IPVPN / Cloud / SDWAN)
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, science or engineering
- Mindset: adaptable, solutions-oriented, and capable of thriving in complex, fast-paced environments.
- Skills:
- Strategic thinker with the ability to create long-term plans
- Strong leadership, coaching, and collaboration abilities.
- Expertise in budget management, product development, and in-life management.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in French and Dutch is a strong asset.
