Job Description
Join the Asia Tech X Singapore (ATxSG) Marketing Team!
We're looking for a dynamic marketer to help us create engaging 360° campaigns that will:
- Grow the ATxSG brand
- Boost event attendance
- Enhance pre and post-event engagement
- Forge powerful partnership collaborations
Marketing Planning and Execution
- Contribute to the creation and execution of marketing campaigns to grow target audience and/or client databases, drive consent to market and encourage target prospects to engage with relevant content.
- Develop and execute audience engagement strategies that create interactive and experiences as well as to encourage attendee sign-ups
- Define and develop best practice for content creation, distribution and tracking.
- Create, manage and execute content email campaigns.
- Manage day to day social platforms; contribute to the social media strategy, execute all planned social posts and manage the LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter platforms.
- Manage website updates (ongoing updates and uploads).
- Ensure all marketing materials are high-quality, accurate, and delivered on time.
Analytics and Reporting
- Tracks and monitors channel performance and ROI of spend incorporating insight and lessons learned into campaigns regularly during the campaign cycle.
- Ensure that all market facing materials is on brand. Responsible for monitoring activity, tracking and interpreting KPIs/metrics. Contributes to reporting processes and providing weekly KPI reporting.
- Develop an in depth understanding of the market, target audience and behaviours and ensure content strategies and plans are aligned to targeted demographics
Partnership and Collaboration
- Preparation of publicity contracts & materials to engage trade and media partners. Ensure that partnership deliverables are executed timely
- Collaborates with colleagues within the Festivals team and beyond with a customer first focus to deliver successful in-person events.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management and strategy execution.
- Proficiency in MS Office; Knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva.
- Demonstrates the ability to understand the competitive landscape, target audiences, brand propositions and key messages.
- Competent in building and maintaining relationships and understanding customer needs.
- Is able to manage stakeholders internally and externally.
- Prior experience of managing project activity, ability to prioritise and manage time efficiently.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills written, verbal, and presentation.
- Self-starter approach to work, with an eagerness to consistently meet and exceed objectives and assume greater responsibility.
- Can-do attitude and a focus on delivering results
