Job Description
This position is responsible to assist and support the Ataxia of Friedreich Franchise Business Unit, regarding marketing activities such as: marketing material contents, implementing initiatives and local strategy, coordinating digital initiatives and Sales and Marketing events. It is crucial to ensure that all activities, processes, procedures, payments and administrative support are executed with high degree of efficiency and in accordance with internal and external polices and Compliance, aligned with Biogen Elements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public relations, Business Administration or related field.
- Marketing experience, preferable in Multiple Sclerosis, Oncology or Rare Diseases
- Fluency in Portuguese and English is required;
- Attend regular sales force and marketing staff meetings and participating in congresses
- Support the control of samples distribution with District Sales Manager
- Additionally, must act as a role model and positively influence others within the company
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills, creativity, and problem-solving ability with an analytical approach
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively work with cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to work under pressure
- Time management and work on priorities to meet deadlines
- Process oriented and work on commitment
- Must exhibit to be able of performing in changing environments
Additional Information
- Hybrid Model - office 50% of the time
- Office based in Vila Olímpia /São Paulo
- Travel requirement of 10% to attend events and commercial team
