To join CLEAResult as a residential Senior Market Outreach Specialist! As a Senior Market Outreach Specialist you are responsible for developing an increased awareness in and adoption of targeted energy efficient technologies, strategic market development, customer satisfaction, as well as delivering on client goals related to outreach activity and energy savings. You will adhere to designated program budgets and allocated resources.  Trade Allies include manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and retailers of commercial energy and water efficiency products, such as HVAC, Water Heating, Lighting, and other electric saving equipment.

Successful candidates will reside in Evansville Indiana for frequent travel within the territory. *company vehicle is provided*

  • Recruit, train, educate and develop relationships with contractors and other Trade Allies to encourage effective marketing of programs.

  • Develop outreach tactics to assist in recruiting customers and trade allies.

  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the business customer base.

  • Integrate program offerings into customer operations to improve customer service and satisfaction.

  • Perform event planning, coordination and presentations of programs.

  • Leads researching of the markets; accumulating data on businesses and identifying the key allies to be targeted on behalf of the programs.

  • Build a base of “registered” Trade Allies specific to the specified programs.

  • Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly activity reports and track progress towards program goals.

In this exciting career opportunity, you will have…

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • 4 years experience of relevant work experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

This is a safety-sensitive position and may include field work (such as work in industrial/commercial locations and customer homes), warehouse work, or requires driving on behalf of the company. Individuals provided a conditional offer of employment for this position must successfully pass a post-offer, pre-employment drug test and consent to the company obtaining a motor vehicle report evidencing a satisfactory driving record. Applicants for driving positions must hold a valid driver's license, and individuals provided a conditional offer of employment must successfully pass a drug test and maintain a clean driving record as an ongoing requirement for continued employment.
