We are now looking for a talented Senior Manager, Talent Management (fixed-term) to join our Organization & People Development team part of our global HR Center of Expertise.
In this position you will play an important role in shaping our global talent strategies. You will enhance talent management and acquisition practices, drive internal mobility, and collaborate with HR and senior leaders to ensure a robust talent pipeline. The role reports to VP, Organization & People Development and is located in our HQ, Espoo Finland. This is a parental leave cover for approx. 16 months starting preferably in May 2025.
Responsibilities and key activities:

Continuously improve our talent management practices to identify talent in the organization, ensure a strong succession pipeline and talent development. Responsible for facilitating our yearly talent review process.

Drive forward our internal mobility strategy, movement of employees to new career and development opportunities, and run our global career program.

Work with HR Business Partners and senior leaders to ensure we have the talent pipeline and workforce agility needed to achieve our business objectives.

Design and deliver training programs to support talent development on needs basis.

Develop and continuously improve talent attraction and acquisition process and practices (incl. employer branding, recruitment, onboarding)

Partner with Central Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent to the organization and build internal talent pools

Analyze data and metrics to track the effectiveness of talent initiatives

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition, talent development and internal mobility
Requirements for the role:

Min. 8 years of experience in talent management, leadership development and talent acquisition

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Proven experience designing and managing talent programs

Ability to create new concepts and approaches, while also being willing to roll up your sleeves and execute on initiatives

Strong project management and change management skills

Strong collaboration and networking skills, with the ability to build relationships across the organization and confidently communicate and influence senior leaders

Good coaching and facilitation skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making

Proactive attitude and a passion for driving positive change in the organization

Experience from Workday is seen as a plus

Fluency in English (written and spoken)
