We are excited to expand our global presence into India and are seeking a creative, growth-focused, and people-oriented Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to drive this expansion. This newly created role will be critical in scaling our existing talent strategy in the region. As a key partner to business leaders and hiring managers, you will develop, implement, and refine talent acquisition strategies and programs with the shared goal of building exceptional teams and supporting Rapid7's business and customer objectives.

About the Role
As the Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition, your mission will be to redefine and challenge conventions in how we hire across India, ensuring we provide the highest level of recruitment services for your client groups. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of Talent Acquisition Partners to meet and exceed business hiring goals. In addition, you will manage cross-functional partnerships within Talent Acquisition and with stakeholders across the organization to attract and hire diverse, best-in-class candidates.
In this role, you will:

  • Develop and align a robust talent acquisition strategy for your region with the company's overall organizational goals, partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure recruitment efforts directly support company growth and objectives.
  • Build, develop, and grow a high-performing team of Talent Acquisition Partners by providing leadership, coaching, and mentorship to ensure recruitment practices align with business priorities and deliver top talent to drive organizational success.
  • Manage end-to-end requisition processes, including job posting, candidate screening, interview coordination, and offer management, ensuring smooth, timely, and high-quality recruitment for all open roles.
  • Drive quantifiable results by establishing and executing hiring metrics for your team, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring KPIs.
  • Leverage data to inform hiring decisions, optimize recruitment strategies, and continuously improve the hiring process by tracking key performance indicators and analyzing trends to ensure a data-driven approach to talent acquisition.
  • Effectively partner with Business Leaders to implement best practices across all hiring processes. Use data and relationships to support diverse candidate pools.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Finance on headcount and resource planning to meet the headcount plan.
  • Help build strategy and support employer branding efforts in region
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Leadership and Business Partners to support ongoing diversity efforts.
  • Continuously develop as a leader through feedback from your team, peers, and stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with regional laws and regulations related to hiring in India, navigating labor laws, hiring practices, and other local requirements to ensure the company is aligned with legal and ethical standards

  • An operational mindset with experience in metrics-based hiring and KPIs.
  • Proven success in working cross-functionally within an organization to drive results.
  • Strong systems experience, including Applicant Tracking Systems (Workday experience is a plus).
