Summary of the Role:

Support and advise Amadeus top management in Navitaire with strategic, independent, and objective perspectives. Provide timely and accurate analysis of budgets, financial reports, and financial trends. The Senior Manager, SFA of Navitaire will be responsible for the analysis and financial control of Navitaire worldwide, ensuring coordination with Business Units and Functions at Headquarters. Lead the FP&A function of Navitaire, including coordination with Transactional activities in North America and APAC Transactional Hubs. This role oversees a scope of over €300 million in revenues, spread across all continents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Performance Analysis: Prepare and oversee monthly financial results and business metrics; analyze material variances compared to previous year, budget, forecast, and Long Term Plan (LTP).
  • Planning: Coordinate with controlling teams and business units to ensure accurate budgets, forecasts, and LTPs aligned with strategy and financial targets.
  • Profitability Analysis and Product Business Cases: Segment profitability at customer and product levels to support prioritization and business decision-making; ensure quarterly reporting on Navitaire projects with a focus on the SUS contract.
  • Business Performance Analysis: Provide tools for management to take necessary actions through KPIs; analyze PBs, pricing, non-transactional revenues, deferred revenues, running costs, FTEs, capitalizations, and third-party vendor costs.
  • Internal Systems and Organization: Support process automation according to Group Policies and Tools; monitor alignment of deliverables in terms of data, methodology, messages, and dates.

Qualifications:

  • University Degree in Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience
  • MBA or post-graduate studies in Business Administration
  • 15 years of experience as a consultant or in a multinational firm
  • 5 years of experience in operational finance functions
  • Experience managing multinational teams and large projects
  • Previous roles with worldwide responsibility
  • Understanding of Airline IT and GDS knowledge
