SALARY:  $100,000-$118,750, bonus and long-term incentive eligible

ROLE SUMMARY:

This role will lead the evolution and activation of our company and brand’s role in sports. This will include managing partnerships with Teams to determine the right assets, right programming and best way to bring our brands to life locally and with our larger regional and sales team.

JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: 

  • This role will be the subject matter experts on sports for the region team and the brand/company expert for our partners. We will shape the way our partners activate our brands and influence the region priorities and activation.

  • This role will lead team, sales/region, and wholesaler relationships within the region. From a team level, this will be shared with the CSO sponsorship team as well as our agency partners at 160/90 and Genesco.

  • The role will lead all team activation across all brands and leagues. Along with our counterparts in procurement, this role will also input on all team renewals, acting as the voice of the region and local wholesalers. Our role is to identify what partners we need to have, what assets we need to have as part of that partnership, and what the budget breakout is to secure the partnership.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS: 

  • 4 yr degree

  • 1-3 years experience in marketing, sales or talent/property management.

  • A strong knowledge of cultural trends in the sports universe both on the internet and in real life.

  • A passion for sports and entertainment

  • Ability to thrive in dynamic, agile work environment with ability to take ownership of work

  • Strong story-telling, presentation, and interpersonal  skills

  • Ability to travel

  • Proficient in MS Suite (PowerPoint, Excel)

  • Knowledge of our regional network and local priorities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience managing relationships with creative agencies and external partners

  • Balance of creative and analytical mindset
