Be part of our talented and growing team! We are currently looking for a Senior Manager, Process Excellence and Transformation, to join our team, reporting to the Vice President, Strategic Initiatives.
The Senior Manager, Process Excellence and Transformation will lead initiatives to design new processes, enhance existing ones to drive efficiency, and support the organization's strategic goals. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement new process, lead improvements, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements. The role also contributes to the development and maintenance of the process governance framework of the organization.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Lead Process Improvement Initiatives: Direct dedicated process improvement efforts, including analysis, root cause identification, and implementation of solutions.
- Support New Process Design: Aid in designing new processes (e.g., for new regulatory requirements) and redesigning and transforming existing processes.
- Develop and Maintain Process Standards: Establish and uphold process management standards, such as process mapping, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and risk management practices.
- Conduct Process Assessments: Perform thorough assessments of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement. Develop and implement process improvement strategies, methodologies, and best practices.
- Collaborate on Process Analysis: Work with Data and Analytics teams to leverage data-driven insights for measuring process performance.
- Define and Track KPIs: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure sustainable value creation from process improvements.
- Manage Cross-Functional Teams: Lead and manage cross-functional teams on process improvement projects, ensuring timely delivery, alignment with business goals, and successful adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Technology Integration: Partner with the product team to oversee the integration of new technologies and tools to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of process improvements, changes, and associated procedures. Prepare regular reports on project status and outcomes for senior management.
- Develop and Run Training: Create and deliver internal education and training programs to support process improvement initiatives.
- Engage with Stakeholders: Collaborate with business leaders, stakeholders, and external partners to drive process excellence initiatives. Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, Business, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering, financial services, or a related area. Proven experience in leading process improvement initiatives is essential.
- Process Improvement Certifications: Demonstrated experience leveraging Lean Six Sigma, with preference to specific process management certifications.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively assess and enhance processes.
- Proficient in leading project and change management, including the ability to manage timelines, resources, and deliverables, and ensuring sustainability of changes
- Proven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
- Ability to adapt to changing business environments and regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated track record of driving continuous improvement initiatives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
