Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Senior Manager, Performance Media to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing performance media strategies that drive business success while elevating the Dior brand. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital media, analytics, and budget management.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Paid Search:
- Define and coordinate new search strategy based on emerging social search behaviors and AI innovations
- Develop, implement, and optimize paid search campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) in partnership with the agency
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and A/B testing to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and analyze campaign metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
Paid Social:
- Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and others in collaboration with the agency.
- Create engaging and targeted media campaigns to drive user engagement and conversions.
- Analyze campaign performance data to refine targeting and content strategies to improve ROI.
- Liaise with brand media to ensure all priorities are supported with a full-funnel approach.
- Coordinate and execute dedicated influencer content for Dior.com, from briefing to go-live.
Affiliate Marketing:
- Develop and manage affiliate marketing programs to drive traffic and sales.
- Identify and recruit new affiliates, negotiate terms, and maintain strong relationships.
- Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns to ensure alignment with business goals.
Budget Management:
- Oversee and manage the performance media budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across channels.
- Monitor spend and performance to ensure campaigns are within budget and achieving desired outcomes.
- Provide regular budget reports and forecasts to finance and senior management.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Utilize analytics tools to track and report on campaign performance metrics.
- Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Present performance reports to stakeholders and leadership, providing actionable insights.
Team Collaboration and Leadership:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including central, digital, and marketing, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge with the team.
Driving Business Success and Brand Elevation:
- Develop and execute strategies that drive business success while elevating the brand image.
- Ensure all campaigns are aligned with the overall brand vision and contribute to enhancing brand perception.
Liaising with Central Teams:
- Work closely with central teams to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing strategies.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between regional and central teams to optimize campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure that central team guidelines and best practices are implemented across all campaigns.
Agency Management:
- Manage relationships with external agencies to ensure effective and efficient execution of campaigns.
- Coordinate with agencies to align on strategies, goals, and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Facebook Insights and etc.).
- Excellent understanding of budget management and financial forecasting.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team collaboration skills.

LVMH Inc. uses the published salary range as a guideline to provide our employees with market competitive pay while allowing for flexibility to recognize and reward various levels of expertise, performance, and tenure.
While the published salary range is a good faith reflection of the targeted salary level for the position, LVMH Inc. reserves the right to pay outside of the published range of $120,000-$145,000.
