Role Overview 

Manage accurate and prompt payroll processing cycles, reviews the end to end process of regular payroll and termination cycle to improve completeness and efficiency. 

What You Will Do

• Effectively managing of entire payroll operations from gross to net
• Planning Year-end tax settlement strategy and leading the process
• Support for Accounting, Internal audit, and System teams
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities
• Report payroll performance results to key stakeholders and support data-driven decision-making
• Developing strategies for the growth and development of payroll team members

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
• A minimum of 10 years+ of relevant experience in payroll
• Conversational English

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in handling headcounts of 3,000 or more records
• Thorough knowledge of local employment laws/ Tax laws/ Labor laws and payroll expertise
• Experience in US or local multinational companies or handling of expatriates' payroll
• Experience in Stakeholder management, Problem solving and Issue resolution
• Experience in team management as a manager

• The employment type of this position is regular including 12 weeks probationary period.

Document Return Policy

• This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act.

• In preparation for a job applicant’s request for the return of hiring documents pursuant to the main sentence of paragraph 2 above, the Company shall retain the original hiring documents submitted by the job applicant for 180 days from the completion of the recruiting process.  If no request is made until the end of this period, all of his/her hiring documents will be destroyed immediately in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
