Are you passionate about working with high performing teams and leading mission-critical initiatives? We’re looking for a Finance Senior Manager, to closely partner with Pagero business. Pagero has been a strategic acquisition for TR in 2024 and an engine for growth for overall business.

The Finance Senior Manager, will focus on (1) Managing annual and monthly budget of Pagero; (2) Own the financial performance of Pagero (3) work with cross section of functional finance leads and business partners to drive disciplined growth. This is a high visibility opportunity for you to be the lead Finance POC in all integration related activities associated with Pagero.

About the Role

In this opportunity, you will: 

  • Partner directly with Executive leadership teams from Pagero and TR- Business Unit CFO to serve as first point of contact and strategic partner within TR Finance

  • Execute finance integration plans, working with domain experts in areas such as product marketing, go-to-market, accounts payable, master data, tax, etc

  • Serve as the primary financial liaison for the Pagero acquisition, managing all financial aspects.

  • Develop, monitor, and manage the budget for Pagero, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions and integration efforts.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth financial operations and reporting.

  • Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.

  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

  • Identify financial risks and opportunities, proposing strategies to mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Lead financial planning and analysis efforts for the acquisition, including cost-benefit analysis.

  • Support post-acquisition integration activities and drive process improvements.

About You

You’re a fit for the role of Finance Senior Manager, Integrations and Special Projects, if your background includes:

  • 7-10 years of experience in Finance

  • Bachelors degree or higher preferred

  • Proactive, very organized, ability to multitask, managing time and competing priorities in a dynamic environment

  • Strategic and critical thinker

  • Self-starter with proven ability to work autonomously, collaborate and influence key leaders within the context of a complex, matrix organization to drive results

  • Ability to manage a team/team members and develop staff ensuring cohesiveness, collaboration and clear linking of objectives and outcomes

  • Familiarity with accounting and financial reporting

  • Successfully pass an extended background check (criminal and credit).
