• We are seeking an experienced IT Portfolio Manager to oversee and optimize Wealth and Pension IT project portfolio. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning IT initiatives with business objectives, managing resources, and ensuring the successful delivery of multiple projects across the IT landscape.
• This role should have expertise in portfolio management and in-depth knowledge of project delivery framework and project management best practice in financial industry

• Practical experience with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology
• Experience in project management and Agile methodology tools such as MS Project, JIRA and Confluence
• Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes

• Strong communication, collaboration, influencing and negotiation skills
• Strong relationship building in managing various business partners and vendors
• Strong planning and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills to provide portfolio status update

Qualifications (heading) / Compétences (titre)

• Bachelor Degree, preferable in Information Technology or related discipline
• Minimum 8 years of working experience in project management/portfolio management field in banking/insurance/financial industry
• Certification in Project Management and Agile such as PMP, CSM, CSPO, SAFe Agilist is preferred
• Experience in managing projects using Agile and Waterfall delivery methodology
• Experience in project management or Agile methodology tools such as MS Project, JIRA and Confluence
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Broad knowledge of financial services &/or insurance industry desirable

Responsibilities (heading) / Responsabilités (titre)

• Ensure IT Wealth and Pension projects are managed according to scope, cost, and timeline with the most suitable methodology (Waterfall or Agile delivery methodology)
• Ensure initiatives running in different delivery methodologies having dependencies clearly identified with delivery timeline and resources integrated seamlessly between the initiatives
• Responsible for IT Wealth and Pension portfolio budgeting, tracking, and reporting
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive IT project portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and goals
• Monitor and report on the performance of the IT portfolio, including budget, schedule, and resource utilization
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to optimize scope / timeline to drive the best business values with the project investments and create synergy between projects.
• Align with business stakeholders on process and metric that meets the agile delivery methodology
• Frequent contact with IT delivery teams, vendors, and regional delivery team to align on project delivery resource planning
• Implement and maintain portfolio management processes, tools, and best practices
• Provide support and guidance to project managers and teams
• Conduct regular portfolio reviews and make recommendations for optimization
