What You’ll Do

Office Management:

1     Office daily maintenance, pantry and meeting rooms allocation.

2     Office supply procurement e.g. grocery, Ad Hoc.

3     Office assets management, equipment maintenance including raise IT request.

4     Organize Wellbeing activities, office/company event internally & externally and annual summit events.

5     Support Courier delivery and documents signature.

6     Manage office governance subject to company policy, e.g. monitor the issue of air-tickets for travelers.

7     Vendors Management including negotiation, contract execution and payment process.

8     Travel Arrangement for key visitors.

9     Support colleagues to get travel visa/working Visa.

10    All other Ad Hoc from the reporting line.

 

Assistant for the company lead:

1      Support the travel arrangements, expenses reimbursement, calendar setting, etc.

2     Support the family dependents settle down, e.g. Visa, kids school payment / house rental /movement.

3     Coordinate with external parties, e.g. Consulate General of Sweden, Swedish Chambers, HK Expo, etc.

4     Support the leadership team on demand.

Qualification:

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Good command in English and Cantonese, basic Chinese

Independent, mature and pleasant

Self-motivated, energetic, responsible and detail-minded

Good hands on PC and MS Office knowledge

Immediately available is highly preferred

Location:

You will be based at the Hong Kong Office.
