About the Position
We are seeking a dynamic and creative Senior Manager of Lifecycle Marketing and Content to join our team in Redwood City, CA. This role combines lifecycle marketing expertise with strong content creation capabilities, making you both the strategist and the face of our content initiatives. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns across multiple channels, creating and managing content, and driving engagement, conversion, and retention across our patient base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lifecycle Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive lifecycle marketing campaigns across email, SMS, website chat, and other channels, ensuring alignment with the overall marketing strategy.
- Interviewing and Scriptwriting: Conduct interviews with subject matter experts, customers, employees, and partners. Use AI tools to write scripts for both short and long-form video content.
- Content Management: Generate and manage content that feeds into the broader content strategy, including videos, blogs, and social media posts. Utilize AI to turn video transcripts into polished, multi-format content pieces.
- Campaign Execution: Lead the creation and execution of targeted marketing campaigns that integrate video, written, and audio content, ensuring cohesive messaging across all platforms.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product, engineering, and content teams to ensure that marketing initiatives are fully integrated and aligned with business goals.
- Optimization: Continuously analyze the performance of lifecycle marketing and content efforts, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.
- Team Leadership: Build and lead a team that supports lifecycle marketing and content creation efforts as the company grows, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar-sized startup environment, preferably within a B2C marketplace.
- Content and Marketing Expertise: Extensive experience in lifecycle marketing combined with a strong track record in content creation, including video production, scriptwriting, and multi-channel distribution.
- On-Camera Skills: Comfortable being the face of the company, with strong communication and presentation skills.
- AI Proficiency: Experience using AI tools for content creation and optimization.
- Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to oversee complex workflows and ensure timely delivery of content and campaigns.
- Creative and Strategic Mindset: Ability to blend creative content production with strategic marketing initiatives to drive measurable results.
- Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Location Requirement: Ability to be in the office in Redwood City 3 days a week.
