The position is accountable to support agency growth in IFP business and foster the right product mix to ensure a must win for both our Company and our customers. Join our exciting BD team to support Company must win priorities and supporting our front-line agency force. The incumbent is responsible for managing the assigned agency districts to achieve IFP sales target, and will implement the overall sales plan to achieve the assigned target.
Position Responsibilities:

The position is accountable for the implementation of marketing and sales strategies to grow the market share IFP business.

The incumbent is responsible for managing the agency channel with a team to grow the sales of new business to achieve year on year sales target.

He or she will implement the overall sales plan to achieve the assigned target.

Assist in devising, implementing & monitoring sales action plans and reinforce IFP penetration among the agency

Provide support services to agents, including training
-
Establish strong business relationship with agency heads and the districts
-
Provide technical support and directions to team members.
Required Qualifications:
-
University degree in business-related discipline
-
Minimum 7 years working experience in channel sales with agency or broker channel and is familiar with IFP products
-
Good interpersonal skills and communication skills and be able to conduct sales presentation.

Entrepreneurial mindset geared toward the creation, execution and continuous improvement of a new employee engagement and wellness program from the ground up
-
Willingness to offer expertise to create new projects or solutions.

Ability to leverage key relationships and build networks to work effectively and deliver results

Team player, passionate, matured and independent in driving and handling counterparts

Native in Mandarin would be an advantage
