We are looking for highly motivated, forward-thinking individuals to join our team in building the most delightful user experiences for shopping used items, as well as the most innovative Resale Intelligence Software for brands. If this mission speaks to you, come join us as we grow our share of the booming second hand market—projected to grow 3X faster than the broader retail industry and to hit $350 Billion globally by 2028.
We are hiring for an experienced growth marketer to join our growing marketing team as our Sr. Manager of Growth Marketing. In this role, you will be responsible for driving more efficient and scalable marketing funnels, and optimizing lifecycle marketing. You will own all paid media, site optimization and conversion, ABM, nurture campaigns, and more, and will report into the VP of Marketing.
Job Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy Development: Develop and execute data-driven growth strategies to drive demand generation and pipeline acceleration.
- Demand Generation: Lead campaigns across multiple channels (e.g., paid media, email, SEO/SEM) to generate high-quality leads. Optimize campaigns and Archive website for improved conversion.
- Lead Nurture: Activate nurture campaigns to ensure Archive is consistently top of mind for leads or contacts that haven’t converted.
- Account Based Marketing: Partner with sales team to ideate, execute and share impact metrics for ABM strategies.
- Segmentation: Identify and segment target audiences based on behavior and demographics, and create tailored messaging and campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
- Experimentation & Innovation: Conduct regular A/B testing of marketing assets, landing pages, email flows, and ads to continually improve performance and ROI.
- Analytics and reporting: Use analytics tools to track campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and report key KPIs (CAC, ARR, etc.)
What we are looking for:
- Experienced Growth Marketer: 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, and/or demand generation, with at least 3 years experience at a SaaS company. Proven track record of driving measurable growth through multi-channel marketing strategies. Proficiency in paid media platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), SEO/SEM strategies, and marketing automation tools.
- Analytical Approach: Strong understanding of the B2B sales funnel and experience optimizing each stage. Expertise in analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and data visualization tools.
- B2B SaaS Experience: Knowledgeable and comfortable with SaaS metrics (e.g., CAC, LTV, ARR) and their application to growth strategies. Proven expertise with account-based marketing (ABM) strategies and tools.
- Startup Experience: You thrive in high-growth startup environments where agility and adaptability are essential. You’re willing to roll up your sleeves, own processes fully, and get things done.
- Collaborative Approach: You will work closely with our sales team to complement their current strategies and align on improved processes.
Nice to have
- Experience with a narrow ICP: We have a well-defined ICP, but it is somewhat narrow. Proven experience with targeting and customizing marketing tactics vs. spray and play is ideal.
Likely not a fit:
- Preference for Strategy over Execution: We need someone who’s not only strategic but also hands-on, taking full responsibility to see initiatives through to completion.
- Looking to Hire/Lead a Team Immediately: This role focuses on building the foundation of our growth function and proving we have scalable, repeatable solutions for driving leads and accelerating pipeline.
