Calabrio is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the financial planning process, preparing budgets and forecasts, and providing insightful analysis to support strategic business decisions. You will collaborate closely with various departments, including sales, marketing, and operations, to drive financial performance and foster a culture of financial accountability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for reviewing, forecasting and reporting consolidated topline results across Billings, Revenue, and ARR.
  • Lead architect and owner of the detailed financial model for top line reporting.
  • Responsible for the understanding, reporting and forecasting of the Snowball (ARR activity) and improving the depth/accuracy of the model.
  • Leverage our internal systems to drive automation initiatives that reduce the amount of time spent on recurring tasks.
  • Partner with the Revenue Opps and GTM organization on building bottoms-up expense plans that allow us to reach out business goals.
  • Leveraging our Adaptive planning tool for forecasting and reporting while identifying and executing process improvement opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the Revenue Opps and GTM team to provide Bookings targets that are supported by bottoms up build and are within allowable risk parameters.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the company's financial health and stability.
  • Enhance existing reporting processes and create new views into the business to better understand the drivers of financial performance.
  • Lead a comprehensive corporate reporting strategy, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the company's financial performance.
  • Drive the financial planning and analysis process, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Continue to develop our financial systems to drive new insights into the business and automate manual processes.
  • Conduct financial analysis to proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement, and provide recommendations to optimize financial performance.
  • Manage, refine and update historical data and processes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or professional certification preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis roles, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with financial systems and strong Excel capabilities.

  • We offer market competitive pay and benefits based upon the candidate’s skills, experience, and qualifications. Starting rate of pay for this salaried position is targeted at $120,000 annually.
