Job Summary: 

The Senior Manager, FP&A, will assist the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis in all centralized FP&A processes including monthly performance analysis, annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes. This role will provide actionable insights to senior management to help guide decision-making processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure financial goals are met.


Job Expectations:

  • Ownership of the monthly financial deck for internal stakeholders (Analysis and Commentary on variances vs Budget and PY)
  • Develop and maintain reporting tools and dashboards that provide insights into financial performance
  • Support Investor relations teams with monthly/quarterly financial KPIs
  • Contribute actively to financial forecast and planning processes in Adaptive Planning, including process management, communication, business performance and reporting 
  • Support the Budget Process: Assist in the development and coordination of the annual budget process, collaborating with department leaders to gather inputs, ensure data accuracy, and align financial projections with business objectives
  • Monitor Actuals against budget and communicate variances to department heads (e.g., Finance, Admin, PMO, Legal, Compliance) and ensure financial goals are achieved
  • Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial planning, reporting, and analysis function
  • Diligently verify that all data used in financial statements is accurate, complete, and aligned with source documents to maintain integrity
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency in reports by rigorously reviewing and validating formulas, data, and reconciliation details, implementing additional checks where necessary to prevent discrepancies
  • Lead ad-hoc projects as needed, offering financial insights to support business decisions
  • Manage and develop direct reports

  • Excellent organization skills and ability to respond to ad-hoc requests
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to present complex financial data in an understandable manner to non-financial stakeholders
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence decision-making


Equipment Knowledge:

  • Experience with FP&A software Adaptive Planning and SAP (Strong Plus)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with Google Business Suite (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Forms) preferred


Experience Requirements:

Minimum of eight (8) years of experience, including a mix of Big Four public accounting and FP&A experience. At least four (4) years of supervisory experience. Public company and CPG industry preferred


Education Requirements: 

BS/BA degree in Finance or Accounting. CPA and/or Master degree strongly preferred

The anticipated pay scale for this position can be found below, however the pay range applicable to you may vary by geographic location based on where the job is located or where you work.  The final pay offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience within the job, the type of years and experience within the industry, education, etc.  iHerb, LLC is a multi-state employer and this pay scale may not reflect positions that work in other states or locations.
