Title: Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Associate / Manager

Job Duties: The Financial Planning & Analysis Senior Associate / Manager collaborates with department heads and the rest of the department for budget development, financial forecasting, analysis, data reporting, and strategic financial planning.

Schedule: Full-Time

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field preferred
  • 5+ years' experience in budgeting and financial analysis, preferably within a similar industry and with WorkDay Adaptive experience
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling tools (e.g., Excel)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex financial information
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy standards and ability to meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity. 

Pay Range:

$120,000$140,000 USD
