Job Description:
The Role:
This position will report to the VP International Marketing and works closely with the country marketing directors. This position will be our subject matter expert on marketing technologies and best practices in digital marketing - both within industry and more broadly within e-commerce and will have the ability to influence strategy and change throughout the organization working cross functionally and with the leadership teams.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for the digital marketing excellence for the region that includes digital platforms, lead gen and funnel optimization and e-commerce platform.

Oversee the management and optimization of the company’s marketing and e-commerce platforms.

Work with the global team on developing and refining all marketing tools and promotional events.

Develop and oversee product positioning, branding and pricing.

Strategic product/brand communications such as advertising, promotional materials, sales story.

Work with large cross functional teams to driving product launches and marketing programs.

Control critical KPIs and evaluate effectiveness of implemented programs.

Control digital marketing budget according to the EMEA marketing plan.

Other duties as assigned.
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education
Required:
-
8+ years of solid digital marketing experience required; experience in a beauty product company (device, equipment and/or skin care) desired, medical aesthetics preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing required.
-
Track record of success in developing and optimizing marketing campaigns that drive engagement.
-
Leveraging CRM to deliver the right message to the right user at the right time through the right channel.

Ability to deliver impactful presentations at all levels of the organization.

Ability to work collaboratively under pressure.
-
Proven experience working on complex international, large scale, time critical projects.

Communicate and manage opportunities/issues across many functional teams; experienced in working in matrix organization.

Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to work with all levels within the organization.

Must be adept at listening and communicating on project progress.

Proficient in all Microsoft, Word Press, All Social Platforms, Mail Chimp, CRM, SurveyMonkey.

Fluency in English a must.
Desired:

Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.

Other language skills.
