Helping you do more

DUAL is a different kind of MGA and has been since day one in 1998. We’ve built our business on the idea that when industry expertise, intelligent underwriting and an entrepreneurial mindset come together, insurance can help our partners thrive. Today that philosophy is as relevant as ever. Our intermediary and carrier partners around the world rely on our underwriting teams to take initiative, lean into the challenges of an increasingly complex world, and respond to our clients’ emerging needs.

A career that grows with you

DUAL is a place where you can bring your whole self to work – a people-first company that helps you be the best you can be.

DUAL

Digital Marketing Manager (FTC)

  • An opportunity to make a real difference in a new role in a fast-paced environment
  • A truly global remit, working with all five of DUAL’s regional marketing teams, and part of a small, collaborative central team
  • Be part of a wider global digital community in the Howden group

Role overview

In February we launched a new global website for all our country sites, creating the need for greater coordination across our regional digital activity. We’re now looking for a Digital Marketing Manager with the experience to work with key stakeholders across DUAL and Howden as we develop a group digital strategy. This is a new role in DUAL Group which will focus on our desire to be a more digitally enabled organisation with a stronger global presence.

You’ll be an active listener helping to ensure that we leverage the existing digital expertise in DUAL and Howden, and that our strategy meets both group and regional business requirements.

Your experience of working with international stakeholders and winning their buy-in will be a critical success factor. Quite simply, we’re looking for someone who will help us do more.

Joining an international network of digital marketers, you’ll meet like-minded colleagues who seek to innovate by leveraging new digital trends, technologies and the opportunities they may present. This includes working alongside our Howden and DUAL colleagues as we establish a framework for the provision of and sharing of best practice digital marketing support and advice.

You will also play a key part in content creation and management, bringing our carrier, client and employee propositions to life across our digital platforms. This will include leveraging all channels (internal and external social channels) as well as our websites.

You’ll be part of a small central team which manages group-level marketing and communications for DUAL, and we can genuinely say that no two days will be the same. You’ll be someone who can hit the ground running and who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Coming into a new role, it is essential that you are a self-starter and used to taking the initiative.

This is great opportunity for an experienced in-house or agency digital marketer who is looking for a role where they can make a real difference.
