Position Overview:

You’ll support and work closely with the Senior Director of Marketing to shape campaign strategy and execute integrated marketing initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Execution:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive lead generation, engagement, and revenue.
  • Translate strategic goals into actionable campaign plans, ensuring on-time and high-quality execution.

Content Creation & Writing:

  • Write clear, engaging copy for campaigns, emails, and blog posts, tailored to target audiences and aligned with brand voice.
  • Collaborate with team members on content strategy and development.
  • Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.

Website Management:

  • Maintain and update the company website to ensure it is user-friendly, optimized for search engines, and aligned with brand and campaign goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize landing pages for campaigns and lead generation.
  • Monitor website performance metrics, implement improvements, and troubleshoot issues to ensure a seamless user experience.
  • Stay informed on website trends and best practices to recommend enhancements that support marketing objectives.

Marketing Operations:

  • Manage marketing automation workflows and integrations to streamline lead nurturing and reporting in HubSpot.
  • Support day-to-day operations, including email marketing, website updates, and campaign tracking.

Performance Tracking & Optimization:

  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Present regular performance updates and recommend improvements and opportunities.

Collaboration & Content Creation:

  • Partner with the Graphic Designer to create visually compelling campaign assets.
  • Ensure all messaging aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.

Digital Advertising & Social Media Support:

  • Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Coordinator and team members to strategize and align digital advertising and social media efforts with overarching campaign goals.

Qualifications:
Experience:

  • 5 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign management, or a similar role in a start-up environment.
  • Proven writing experience for marketing campaigns, emails, and blog posts.

Skills:

  • Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and advertising platforms, with knowledge of changing SEO best practices.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing and optimizing campaigns.
  • Preferred - experience in cybersecurity or education.

Work Environment:

  • Employees will provide, at their expense, a secure, dedicated work area. Employees are responsible for maintaining the work area in a safe, secure, and nonhazardous condition at all times.

This is a remote (work from home) position for candidates based in the United States. We do have an office in Apex, NC if working in an office is your jam.
