THE ROLE

We're seeking a skilled Sr. Manager to join our team and drive our marketing efforts across various channels and customer touchpoints. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, marketing campaign management and optimization, with additional experience in data analysis, account-based marketing (ABM), and email marketing. 

In addition to campaign management and optimization, this role will be responsible for managing our ABM program, social media and email marketing strategies. 

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in integrating these strategies with our overall marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth throughout the entire customer lifecycle. 

YOU WILL

Marketing Campaign Management and Optimization:

  • Define, execute, and optimize multi-channel and account-based marketing campaigns (including email, paid media, SEO, content syndication, webinars, and more) to drive lead acquisition, awareness, sales pipeline growth, and customer expansion. 
  • Drive growth across key metrics (MQLs, pipeline, revenue) by measuring success, optimizing against targets, and reporting on performance on a recurring cadence. 
  • Work closely with Product Marketing, Content teams, and Sales to ensure coordinated delivery of all campaign elements and increase utilization of marketing content. 
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of forward-thinking marketers in a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous learning. 
  • Leverage marketing automation and behavioral data to create personalized experiences at scale, monitor campaign performance in real-time, and make data-driven adjustments to improve results. 

Account Based Marketing (ABM): 

  • Oversee development and implementation of ABM strategies aligned with company goals, including ABM Events and gifting. 
  • Lead the identification and prioritization of target accounts in collaboration with marketing leadership and sales teams. 
  • Oversee the creation of personalized, multi-channel campaigns for high-value accounts. 
  • Manage ABM technology stack and ensure its effective utilization. 
  • Partner with Marketing Operations to monitor ABM campaign performance and adjust strategies to maximize ROI. 

Email Marketing: 

  • Oversee the email marketing calendar and ensure timely execution of campaigns. 
  • Manage the email marketing team and email marketing strategy across all customer lifecycle stages. 
  • Drive continuous improvement in email performance metrics (open rates, click-through rates, conversions). 

YOU BRING: 

  • 5+ years of experience in demand generation or related marketing roles, preferably within the B2B SaaS industry. 
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to inform all decisions. 
  • Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results. 
  • Familiarity with Hubspot (marketing automation) and Salesforce (CRM). 
  • Experience with intent platforms (6sense) and other marketing technologies (e.g. Outreach, Qualified) is a huge bonus. 
  • Strong expertise in project and process management. 
  • Hands-on experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategies and tactics.

Compensation Information

Pursuant to state and local law disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience and location is $120,000 to $140,000 per year. This position may be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive award. The incentive award amount is dependent upon company performance and your personal performance and is not guaranteed.
