Job Description

  • Develop and implement change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage while minimizing resistance.
  • Lead change management activities including stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness assessments.
  • Collaborate with project teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
  • Design and deliver training programs and communication plans to support change initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and adjust as needed.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and managers to support them in their role as change champions.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address resistance and ensure successful change adoption.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the organization.


Candidates who sit within a 45 mile radius of Waltham, MA will be required to work hybrid.
Role can be filled remotely for the right candidate.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in change management.
  • Minimum of 7+ years in a leadership role.
  • Bachelor's degree.


Preferred Requirements:

  • Master's degree is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in the technology or software industry is highly desirable.

DOE, salary $150K - $180K, plus Health, Dental, Life, STD, LTD, 401K, PTO. Total compensation may vary depending on candidate experience/education and location.
