The Role :
As the Senior Marketing Manager for Singapore, you will be responsible for building and executing the growth and brand marketing strategies for Razorpay's Singapore business. You will own the complete marketing function for the market, including both growth marketing campaigns and long-term brand-building initiatives. This role requires someone who can combine data-driven decision-making with creative thinking, acting as the lead for Razorpay’s presence in Singapore. You will work closely with the product, sales, and leadership teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and contribute to Razorpay’s growth in the region.
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Strategy Development: Craft growth marketing strategies for Singapore, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Collaboration with Digital Team: Work with the digital team to execute performance marketing campaigns (paid media, SEO, SEM) tailored for Singapore.
- Market Insights: Provide market insights and data-driven recommendations to optimize campaigns.
- Revenue Growth: Align marketing efforts with sales and product teams to drive revenue and pipeline growth in Singapore.
Brand Marketing
- Brand Positioning: Build Razorpay’s brand messaging and positioning for the Singapore market.

Marketing Communications: Lead all marketing communications across channels, ensuring a unified and consistent brand voice in all touchpoints, from digital to offline campaigns.
- Content Strategy: Drive content development for the Singapore market, including thought leadership articles, case studies, social media campaigns, and customer stories.

Partnerships & Events: Cultivate local partnerships and organize events to strengthen Razorpay’s brand presence.
Team Leadership & Collaboration

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with central teams (sales, product, customer success) to ensure marketing aligns with business goals.

Stakeholder Reporting: Regularly update senior leadership on marketing progress and performance.
Mandatory Qualification :

Experience: 7+ years in marketing, with 3-5 years in leadership roles focused on growth and brand marketing.

Creative & Strategic Thinking: Strong creative and brand thinking to craft compelling, locally-relevant campaigns while staying aligned with Razorpay’s global brand.
