Lead the batch email program: Manage the end-to-end process for seasonal messages, promotional messages, loyalty communications, and other batch communications.

Oversee SMS and push notifications: Ensure timely and relevant messaging for SMS and push notifications.

Develop and execute strategies: Grow the email and SMS acquisition programs through strategic planning and execution.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Ensure cohesive and effective communication strategies across teams.

Utilize data and analytics: Measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
