We are looking for a highly strategic, creative, and collaborative senior manager to lead executive storytelling, presentation development, and strategic messaging for our Agentforce Success organization, within Customer Success. This role will play a key part in crafting compelling narratives for leadership, aligning and writing communications with business objectives, and driving clarity in executive engagement.
Position Description
In Agentforce Success, we drive customer success by unlocking the full potential of Agentforce for our customers. Agentforce Success Engineers (ASEs) are technical experts focused on helping customers quickly realize the value of their digital workforce. They provide guidance on creating and deploying agents while identifying and removing activation barriers to drive usage and growth. The Programs team operates within Agentforce Success and ensures operational rigor in running the business while supporting various special projects aimed at driving growth and transformation. The team is looking for a big-picture thinker who will report to the Vice President, Agentforce Success, and be responsible for articulating a clear strategy, value proposition, and messaging in support of business priorities.

This role will be responsible for advising the senior leadership team of Agentforce Success (SVP and VPs) on appropriate communication and engagement strategies. This role will need to deliver annual communications plans for the SVP that drive employee understanding of Agentforce Success strategic priorities, influence thinking, guide behavior change, and inspire action. This position will be responsible for developing communication resources including presentations, briefs, and follow ups (both internal and external) for the SVP, Agentforce Success.
The Senior Manager, Program Strategy Lead will need to coordinate and support weekly meetings for the SVP’s leadership team, setting the agenda, ensuring effective decision making, and following up on key topics. Someone in this position must have the competence to work with senior executives and promote cooperative practices, behaviors, and ways of working.
This role requires the ability to flex and be comfortable bending between the tactical and strategic, managing limited term or ambiguous projects that will have a substantial impact on the business. Responds with urgency to high-priority escalations and asks, ensuring swift resolution and clear communication with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
 

Executive Communications & Storytelling

  • Develop compelling, strategic narratives that articulate business priorities and influence key stakeholders.

  • Create high-impact executive presentations for leadership meetings, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), all-hands meetings, and key industry events.

  • Shape the voice of leadership, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment in executive messaging.

  • Collaborate closely with leadership to craft messaging for internal and external audiences, including keynotes, town halls, and investor briefings.

  • Drive executive engagement strategies, ensuring leaders are equipped with the right messaging and insights for impactful communications.
     

Strategic Communication & Program Management

  • Own the end-to-end development of leadership presentations, ensuring key messages are clear, strategic, and actionable.

  • Partner with cross-functional teams (customer success, sales, product, and marketing) to ensure communications align with business priorities.

  • Influence leadership meeting agendas, strategic messaging, and follow-up actions to drive organizational clarity and decision-making.

  • Distill complex ideas into simple, impactful narratives, leveraging data-driven insights and visual storytelling.

  • Design and refine executive slide decks that tell a compelling visual story, ensuring key messages land with impact.

  • Apply best practices in executive-level storytelling, formatting, and visual design to create engaging, easy-to-understand presentations.

  • Collaborate with data and insights teams to integrate analytics-driven storytelling into leadership communications.

  • Ensure all materials are polished, aligned with Salesforce’s brand voice, and tailored for senior executive audiences.
     

Minimum Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in management consulting, executive communications, storytelling, or strategic messaging.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all levels.

  • Proven ability to create compelling executive narratives and messaging.

  • Experience working with C-level executives and senior stakeholders.

  • Expertise in presentation design and visual storytelling, including PowerPoint and Google Slides.

  • Strong understanding of corporate strategy, business insights, and executive communications.

  • Ability to simplify complex information into clear, engaging content.

  • Experience leading cross-functional projects and driving alignment across teams.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic and evolving setting.

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MBA preferred.
     

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of customer success, customer support, and industry trends; Salesforce certifications are a plus.

  • Experience working in B2B SaaS, technology, or a global enterprise environment.

  • Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM, or digital transformation trends.

  • Familiarity with data and analytics to support data-driven decision-making.

For New York-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200.For Washington-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $169,600 to $233,200.

For Illinois based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $155,400 to $213,800.

Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
