Job Description
MAXISIQ is seeking Senior Management Analysts to support the U.S. Army Rapid Capabilities and Critical Technologies Office (RCCTO) in executing rapid prototyping efforts and delivering advanced combat capabilities. Multiple openings to support business operations in a full-time capacity out of Redstone Arsenal, AL. Work is anticipated mid December 2024 upon award.
Duties involved with this role:

Assessing the organization's structure, processes, and performance to identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement.

Developing actionable strategies and solutions to address identified problems, streamline operations, and improve overall organizational efficiency.

Preparing detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans, often presenting them to management for decision-making.

Conducting cost-benefit analyses to proposed changes or strategies.

Assisting organizations in implementing recommended changes, including developing action plans, training staff, and monitoring the transition process.

Implementing performance measurement systems to track progress and ensure the successful implementation of strategies.

Work with leadership to identify ongoing opportunities for improvement, ensuring that the organization remains agile and responsive to changing environments.

Collaborate with various departments within the organization to ensure that strategies are well-integrated and aligned with organizational goals.
Qualifications
Clearance Requirement: Active or current Secret level clearance minimum
Education: Master’s degree in a related field.
Experience: 8-12 years of proven experience leading or contributing to successful projects aimed at improving organizational performance
- Expertise in analyzing complex organizational problems and identifying effective solutions.
- Ability to evaluate processes, systems, and structures to recommend improvements in efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Strong project management skills and familiarity with tools and methodologies such as Agile.
- Experience conducting cost-benefit analyses with the ability to assess the financial impact of operational changes and strategic initiatives.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of presenting findings, proposals, and strategies to senior management and stakeholders.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams, influence decision-makers, and mentor junior staff.
- Experience in leading the implementation of recommended changes and driving buy-in from key stakeholders.
