Job Duties and Responsibilities
In this role, you will be working on ideating and developing privacy preserving machine learning, deep learning, and generative AI algorithms. Candidates should have a proven track record that demonstrates innovation, strong collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for designing and developing high-quality software.

• Design, architecture and implementation of AWS Cloud platform and machine learning models with scalability, security and reliability.
• Architect scalable, high-performance ML pipelines using AWS and databricks.
• Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., Data Science, Data Engineering, Product Owner) to ensure ML models meet business requirements.
• Integrate model versioning, tracking, and rollback mechanisms into the pipeline to ensure reproducibility and governance.
• Provide technical leadership in design and implementation of machine learning solutions to meet project requirements.
• Create reusable framework, process and libraries to elevate the team capabilities.
• Mentor and guide team members, ensuring the code and cloud best practices.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, design reviews, and technical discussions.
• Drive automation efforts to streamline cloud infrastructure and application deployment pipelines (CI/CD)

Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent degree field
• 5+ years of industry experience building machine learning and deep learning based software applications

Skills

• Strong machine learning and deep learning fundamentals
• Hands on experience with large language models (LLMs) and LLMOps
• Exceptional problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Robust applied software methodology, process, and quality skills to take an ML algorithm from a prototype to a final production quality deployment
• Strong machine learning and deep learning fundamentals
• Experience with serverless architectures and AWS Stack
• Databricks pipeline implementation
• Proficiency in Python, Scala and expertise in designing, deploying, and managing highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems in AWS.
• Familiarity with libraries and frameworks related to machine learning and NLP.
• Strong knowledge of DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
